Emissions of climate-damaging CO2 in particular are one of the hottest topics. More and more organisations and initiatives are thus working on sustainable and innovative solutions to reduce CO2 emissions.
As a forward-thinking company, ALD Automotive supports these efforts. Which is why we are delighted to report that since 1 January 2020, all of our own company vehicles are CO2-neutral.
How come? The fuel tanked up by employees is saved elsewhere through a compensation amount with the partners OMV, Shell and BP that is invested in global climate protection projects.

To help the latter switch to a greener fleet, they can also make use of the climate-neutral driving service. ALD Automotive offers customers an option to compensate emissions from the vehicle fleet by purchasing climate protection certificates from the fuel providers OMV, Shell and BP. Apart from the compensation of unavoidable emissions, CO2 emissions can also be avoided by switching to innovative drive concepts and more eco-friendly electric and hybrid vehicles, and reduced through regular maintenance and a way of driving that saves fuel.
